UK Delivery and costs
Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment receipt. UK standard delivery is by TNT (tracked - a signature may be required).
You should allow between 3-5 working days for delivery from placing the order. The delivery period stated on confirmation of your order is approximate, however we endeavour to despatch and deliver in stock products within 48 hours Monday to Thursday. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will be advised about this when we receive your order.
European delivery costs
Delivery costs vary by destination country. You will be advised of the appropriate charge, the despatch and delivery date on placing your order and upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Please contact us direct by email or phone.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
In the rare and unfortunate event of a product being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact us on 01327 858251 or by email. Please note we do not accept faulty items back after 6 months from date of purchase.
Changing or cancelling your order
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel your order please call 01327 858251 (If your order has been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the returned goods).
We accept online payment in a secure environment via Paypal (with Visa, Mastercard and other credit cards as listed) for goods ordered online for delivery in the UK. Products to be delivered to countires within Europe can be paid for direct by internet based bank transfer, please contact us by email or phone for details. Bulk B2B purchasing will be by mutual agreement and arrangement.
Prices & tax charges
All prices are shown in GBP sterling. VAT is levied at 20%. An invoice will be included with your goods indicating all charges. If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be dispatched with your goods.
Prices for each product are as set out on the website. The cost of carriage is added to the product price and VAT is applied at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either
- contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order, or
- continue with the order at the correct price, or
- notify you that we have cancelled your order.
We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Our products are portrayed on our website mainly as photographs, with some items being shown used in situ. Every effort is made to show items accurately, although slight variations may occur in production resulting in variations in e.g.colour, packaging, labelling.
